Building
intelligence.
Chasing altitude.

Hey, I’m Yash. An AI/ML-focused student turning curiosity into useful systems — with a soft spot for things that fly.

01 / SELECTED WORK

Ideas, put to work.

From a camera capture to an actionable insight.
A few things I’ve helped bring to life.

02 / LLM APPLICATIONS

Security Log Analyzer

Making noisy logs understandable with Claude. A full-stack analysis pipeline that maps findings to validated MITRE ATT&CK techniques.

  • Python
  • FastAPI
  • Claude
  • MITRE ATT&CK
Inside the project

Handles files up to 50 MB with overlap-aware chunking. The MITRE attack-python STIX library supplies ATT&CK data for prompt construction and runtime validation of technique IDs and URLs.

03 / APPLIED AI

Bucket AI

Turning transaction PDFs into financial insights. Combining structured extraction, interactive visualizations, and Gemini-powered analysis.

  • Python
  • Gemini
  • JavaScript
  • Chart.js
Inside the project

Implemented a pdfplumber pipeline for structured transaction extraction, contributed to the JavaScript and Bootstrap interface, and integrated Gemini through OpenRouter for AI-driven financial data processing.

04 / DATA & VISUALIZATION

Social Media Visualization

Exploring social data through custom sorting and an approachable GUI. A team-built Java application grounded in data structures.

  • Java
  • Data Structures
  • GUI
Inside the project

Used arrays, stacks, lists, and queues for data management and processing. Custom comparators and lists support dynamic sorting and clear presentation in the graphical interface.

05 / USEFUL SOFTWARE

QR Code Security Scanner

A QR scanner with security features designed to help protect people from QR-code-based attacks.

  • Java
  • JavaScript
  • Docker

02 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE CODE

Curious by default.
Builder by choice.

I’m Yashwanth (Yash) Kantheti, a Computer Science student at Virginia Tech exploring what intelligent systems can do in the real world.

I’m drawn to the intersection of AI, aerospace, and national security — from multimodal vision pipelines to LLM-powered tools. My favorite part is connecting an ambitious idea to something people can actually use.

That curiosity also explains the aircraft on this page. I love the blend of precision, engineering, and possibility that makes flight happen. I bring that same fascination to the systems I build.

Currently exploring
AI that sees, reasons, and helps.

GOOD IDEAS START WITH A CONVERSATION

Let’s build something
with lift.

AI projects, research, interesting problems — or a conversation about planes.
I’d love to hear what you’re thinking.
